Hi All! 👋

Bank holiday watch clear out after spending far too much over these past 6 months with lots of new editions and not parting with many.

I really don’t want to let some of these go as they are collector pieces and very hard to come by in the condition that these are in.

If you’ve ever seen these in the flesh you’ll know the build quality of these and how good they look and feel in person. Happy for anyone interested to view in person, Northampton based and happy to chat watches and make a really good coffee 😊

Jeanrichard Watches for sale:

JeanRichard Seconde Retrograde - box, papers and original receipt.

Something you really don't see very often!

This piece is a lot of fun!

Seconde Retrograde in action is stunning!

JeanRichard is (or rather was) the sister brand of Girard-Perregaux (like Tudor to Rolex).

Size: About 39.2 mm in diameter, 51 mm lug to lug (lugs hug the wrist very nicely though), thickness 11 mm, 22 mm lug width

Movement: Cal. based ETA 2892/A2, automatic, Swiss made, 28800 vph, rhodium-plated, oeil de perdrix decoration, 31 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self- compensating flat balance spring, index regulator.

Crystal: Sapphire

Condition: With some signs of use, especially on the back, but is in amazing condition for age and work on special occasions. Keeps time very well: -2 to +0 s/d on the timegrapher!

I put it on a black FKM rubber strap and I think it looks great! Gives it a sporty look. I also have the original strap (black alligator/crocodile, worn), and the original clasp (used).

Bit of back history on the JeanRichard brand which is discontinued now, but made some great watches under the same Kering group company of Gerard Peregaux:
