Antique Wood Shaft BURKE Golf Club Set of 6 Hickory Vintage Clubs w/Bag

I have obtained a big collection of Antique golf clubs with Hickory Wooden shafts. I will be listing them over the next few weeks-please take a look at my other auctions now and keep an eye out for some very good deals!

This auction includes a set of old antique Burke Clubs in a very nice canvass antique Bag. All date from the Teens -1920s.

They all are are well marked and all have Hickory Shafts (except the driver) all shafts are straight and solid, no cracks or loose fittings at all. Clubs in this auction are as follows:

1- Aluminum Head Brassie made by IMPERIAL Golf Co Sunderland. Has a square dot face scoring and had wooden carrutheters through the head that transiton into the black metal shaft. Quite a club!!! D

2- Burke 2 Iron. Marked Slected with Line Face scoring.

3-Burke Tuxedo Mid Iron. Crown mark Hyphen Face scoring.

4- Burke Mashie 4 Iron. Marked Slected with Line Face scoring.

5 - Burke Mashie 5 Iron. Marked Slected with Line Face scoring.

6- Burke Burr Key Built Majectic Putter with Key mark wide line scoring.

The bag is in superior outstanding condition! It is is marked Pat Pending on the bottom aluminum plate. It has leather and canvass construction, beautifully stitched and solid as the day it was made. I would guess this is from the 1920s. Strong strap, solid zippered pocket.
