This is an Anthropologie owl plate by Nature Table Lou Rota.  It is brand new in excellent condition,  never used, with original price sticker on the back.  It measures about 9.5 inches in diameter.  It is from a non-smoking home.  Shipping will be Ground Advantage in the US.  Thanks for looking!
