VINTAGE 1950S BABY RATTLE - PLASTIC BALLON SPRING WITH BEADS

Offered is one red plastic baby rattle.  It is from the late 1950s. It features a red plastic ball with a clear face, mounted on a spring.  The rubber piece on the base was meant to stick on a high chair or table, but it is now hardened and will not stick or allow the rattle to stand at all.  The ball contains a white plastic eagle with stars and arrows (our national symbol) and contains a small amount of round plastic beads that rattle around inside. The clear Lego block was used during photography to keep the rattle from rolling and is not included in this auction.
