1961. Crispie Potato Chips were discontinued and

Lay's Potato Chips became the branded potato chip of Frito-Lay Inc. This can is were discontinued and

Lay's Potato Chips became the branded potato chip of Frito-Lay Inc. This can is unusual as it was opened with a "key" as the chips in the can were hermetically-sealed when packaged for lasting freshness. Be sure to check out the verbiage regarding " Taste How much fresher- thanks to the sealed can! explanation. I have not seen another one of these tins. The tin is 8 1/2" tall and 6” wide. The 10 is in really good shape. Does have a little bit of fading on the colors on one of the sides.
