Extremely reluctant sale of a Crumar DP-50. Very very rare keyboard, has a very distinct sound, was apparently used on ‘Everything in its Right Place’ by Radiohead.

It works great, sounds amazing. The keybed is still springy, and the sound is as warm as ever. Cosmetically, it’s very ‘vintage’ however!

The Tolex is coming loose, especially on the lid. Could really do with replacing. Cheap and easy job to do, but I haven’t felt the need.

On the keyboard, the Crumar badge is missing on the back, and the paint is eggshelling a bit on the front panel. There are also some marks on the top, please see the photos. Also there is patina on the hinges and clasps.

Hopefully the condition can be seen in the photos, it’s very old, so please be aware it has seen better days.

The legs unfortunately weren’t there when I bought it, but the stand it’s on will be included in the sale. Also the pedal was missing when I got it, so a replacement was made using a fatar pedal. Works great and controls the sustain and tremolo.

This is collection only as it’s extremely heavy. I live on the Welsh border in the middle, but would be happy to drive to meet within reason.

Any questions don’t hesitate to ask.

Just to clarify as I can’t change the description on the listing - this isn’t the exact keyboard that Radiohead used, just the same model! Sorry for any confusion.

The marks on the top are a few holes in the paint, and some bubbling under the surface on the one side. I can’t add any extra picture unfortunately as the auction has received bids, but if you message me I can send more through.

The bubbling is under the paint and in one area, imagine it could be sanded and repainted if needed.

Please get in touch for more pictures.
