* 100% Natural: 

- ALL my chickens are fed a 100% Natural Diet...Religiously!

- Allan & Page Natural Pellets: Quality flock deserves quality food. I feed my chickens pellets from Allan and Page. I use to feed my chickens organic pellets from The Organic Feed Company. I find them to be the best feed out there! 

Sadly, the price of Organic feed has rocketed and is no longer sustainable. Yet everything else they eat is Organic.

- Organic Vegetables: All my chickens have a daily supply of Organic Vegetables.

- Water: I don't like to supply my chickens with tap water as the chlorine can be detrimental to their health and cause dull plumage.

But What's Great is...

The water is naturally sourced from my rain water system.

- Organic Apple Cider Vinegar: I add a good dash of ACV to their water to keep them in prim & prime condition.

- Free Range & Happy: You can get any more natural than this. My chickens can freely roam the field scrummaging for caterpillars, gorging on worms and picking grass etc. 

Remember, a happy hen is a healthy hen?oh and roosters too!

 

*Fresh & Fertile:

- I have quite a few layers so my eggs are gently picked on a daily bases and are sent no more than 3 days old hence why Im never worried about not having enough fresh eggs ready for when bidding ends.

Better still...

I regularly test the fertility on my eggs and i'm pleased to say I have an excellent fertility rate.

*Packaging: 

- I wrap each egg individually in tissue paper and place them snuggly in a poly egg box so they don?t rattle. I then wrap it with bubble wrap and then place it inside another box cushioned with more bubble wrap.

- All eggs are handled as little as possible with clean gloves (to avoid the eggs absorbing my natural oils from my fingers).

And just to clarify...

I do not wash my eggs as this will remove the eggs natural bloom (protection). They will have slight dirt marks on them.

- Sometimes hens go a bit loopy and decide to lay an egg outside. I will not send you any of these eggs as they would likely be contaminated and I aim only to send only high quality eggs.

*Surviving the Delivery: 

- I send via Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Guaranteed or First Class. Less time in the post equals a better chance of survival so I highly recommend special delivery for peace of mind. 

- I send eggs throughout Monday to Thursdays only.

*Husbandry

- When my chickens are not out scouring the field they are in spacious large pens and a spacious chicken sheds that I have rat proofed and their bedding is regular changed with dust free wood savings.

The good thing is...

I do not over crowd my chickens. I have no more than 1 rooster and 4 hens in 1 large pen. 

- Mite Treated: All my shed coops are mite treated with Smite Organic DE Powder.

- Defra registered.

- Last council inspection 06/02/2022

*Important* Yet saying all that, even though my eggs are lovingly laid, handled and packed, I of course can not guarantee the delivery system will be as kind. Delivery can have a a big impact on hatch rates so I can not be accountable for the outcome. Please don't bid unless you fully understand the postal risks and that it is at your own risk. If you find air bubble or detached air sacks, unfortunately that is down to the postal system. When you start to hatch your own eggs from your own flock, you will see the difference in hatch rate.

*Important For Emphasis* I can not be liable for the hatch rates based on a many factors. For instance, how the postal services handle their packages, individuals hatching skills, lack of experience, quality and reliability of the incubators used etc...

 *MUST READ* By purchasing these eggs you are agreeing to the following terms:

-  No refunds or returns once left my coop. They are live animals and risk internal damage due to posing.

-  My eggs are believed fertile so I am not liable for your hatch rate.
