You are looking at a Nikon Coolscan Super 5000ed.  The scanner works 100% with out issue and includes SA21 negative adapter feeder.  USB cable shows wear and should be replaced but it does work and is included.   There is a small ding on the side of the case which does not effect operation at all.  The unit has been tested before listing.   Software not included but vuescan offers software and is exactly what I used to test the scanner and it works with out issue. USB supported and can be used on any modern computer
