Egro of Switzerland - copper burner/warming pot and black metal stand.  As shown in the photos, this is not a married set, the burner pot has a notch that corresponds to the slot on the stand that locks it into place.  Probably a base for a fondue pot but can also be used on a buffet line to keep a chafing dish warm.  OR, if you are adventurous, could be used for camping to keep your coffee warm in the morning.
