Has been in our smoke-free home since original retail purchase and was gently read.   We are currently downsizing due to a move. 

CONDITION: Gently read Hardcover book.  Dust Jacket has wear/creasing from age/handling/bookshelf storage. Wear on corners of book and DJ. Wear on DJ heavier at the books edges.  "Caldecott Medal" Gold Sticker on front cover has some damage/ a little folded over and worn from age.  Pages have some light creasing and dimpling.  Lovely illustrations.   Smoke-free home: Smells fresh.  Clean Text. This is a First Edition- and has been with us for over 20 years so we know of it's origin and the care given.
