All my Lulus were purchased from Rancho Cucamonga and Brea stores in California. I also purchased from their online store. A previous negative feedback on a sold item is untrue. The buyer does not know the product line well and assumes it’s fake. I offered to take it back and give her a full refund but she chose to give me negative feedback instead. This one negative feedback has greatly affected my good standing as a seller.
