Hong Kong Cheongsam or Qipao (Cheongsam is in Cantonese and it means “long gown” and a Qipao is in Mandarin and it means banner robe.)

 Envelope in very good shape - has some clear tape on the back that held the flap down. The instructions and uncut factory folded pattern for making this dress in sizes: Small (6-8), Medium (10-12) and Large (14-16) are in super shape.
