This is a 1966 Roosevelt Dime with Extra Circular Groove on Torch Reverse. Found this looking at the Olive leaves. The obverse is covered with some kind of debris so overall, it isn't a very good specimen. I cannot imagine that this impression, as it appears, could be from trauma. I can see scratch or scuffs along east edge of reverse. Since I am not an expert, please view photos carefully as they are part of description. I welcome corrections.
