Selling a vintage Holly Hobbie kit from 1974. This is Model 707 Farm House Hutch Kit.

I got this in an estate auction. I had to buy this as part of a big lot and I was targeting another item in the lot. I would love to pass this on to someone who will enjoy it. It’s a bit out of my wheelhouse so I am this as is.

I am selling this “As Is” only. I will do my best to

describe it but that does not negate this is an As Is sale. I do not know if all of the pieces are there. When I compare the wood and paper cut outs to the instructions I think I have all of these pieces but I’m unsure. Please look at the photos and I am always happy to answer questions.

I think these originally came with glue, sand paper and other assembly materials to attach everything together. I do not have this if it truly came with it. I don’t have anything other than what is shown in the photos.

The paper instructions have browning from age.

When I acquired this there were some pieces that I could not match to the pictures. They may not be part of this set (ie: the two large 8 sided wood pieces at the bottom in the second photo).

The box has wear. There is browning and tape on the box. I don’t think the bottom of the box is original as it doesn’t fit snuggly to the top.
