Here is my 1976 Yamaha TT500c

Originally a USA import the bike has now  been registered with the DVLA, log book present and in my name. The VJMC said it’s a low production bike, made in 75.

Since owning the bike the following parts have been replaced -

Fork seals

All new cables 

New ignition coil, condenser, plug and points 

New handlebars 

New front and rear mudguards 

New side panels 

Mikuni carb rebuild kit

The engine has been professionally rebuilt, rebored 1mm oversize with a new forge piston, uprated oil pump, cam chain, seals and gaskets. The frames oil tank has also been flushed out and cleaned. 

It’s fitted with what looks to be a wright brothers exhaust, with a supertrapp end can. Has a Mikuni VM36 carb with a K&N air filter. Also has a period Clarkes fuel tank in very good condition. 

The bike starts first or second kick most times, idles steady, has a crisp throttle response and pulls very strong. 

The bike currently doesn’t have any lights or speedo fitted, but it is MOT’d.
