this is in pretty nice shape.. does have some marks and light scratches.. but works like it wasnt used much .. volume a little scratchy .. the more i used it the better it gets.. played a tape well ..an recorded fine..  battery compartment looks like it hasent seen a battery.. original ear phone works .. original mic remote works .. has power cord and a panasonic case made for it.. original box has some wear .. not bad.. has original styrofoam and box for accessories.. with instructions.. overall very nice working vintage cassette player recorder..
