This package includes the stereo, 2 waterproof 6.5″ speakers, wireless IR remote control and a soft wire AM/FM antenna.
No CD player in this unit. Instead it has a USB port on the face for recharging devices. You can also play MP3 and WMA files directly from MP3 players, smart phones, thumb drives, etc. (music files from iPhones and iPods cannot be played via USB) There is also a 3.5 mm audio input jack for patching in the audio from any external source. Lastly, you can play music files directly from SD cards using the SD card slot.
This unit is a marine stereo because it has conformal coated circuit boards to protect against corrosion in a marine environment. It is not completely waterproof, however and we recommend using a splash cover if you think it might get wet
