The estimated delivery time for Peninsular Malaysia is 2-5 business days, while Air Shipping to East Malaysia takes approximately  4-10 business days. These delivery estimates are for Regular Service Areas only and do not include Non-Service Areas, Outskirt Delivery Areas, bulky shipments, peak season, festive season, natural disasters, pandemics, movement control orders, flight availability, or any other unpredictable events.

Order processing may take up to 21 working days during peak or festive seasons. We do not accept responsibility for any delays caused by the shipping provider. International Delivery

For overseas clients, we will ship using Pos Malaysia/Singpost Registered Air Mail with tracking number that takes an estimated   7-30 working days to arrive from the date of shipment (excluding weekends/Public Holidays/customs delays).

Shipping by EMS/DHL/Aramex/FedEx is available upon request or may be stated in the purchase order/invoice. Courier Shipments will take an estimated 2-10 working days to arrive from the date of shipment (excluding weekends/Public Holidays/Customs delays).

We do not accept cancellation of orders during the shipping period even when the shipping takes longer than expected.

We will check and do our best to make sure the item is in good condition before sending it out. To protect the items that have been ordered, we will pack properly all items before shipping. A tracking number will be provided to you in order to ensure that you will receive your items.

For all shipping, any custom held, parcels returned due to bad addresses or any unknown reason, customers must pay the shipping cost for resending the parcel.

Customs, duties, taxes, and any other applicable charges (if there are any) are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are separate from your shipping charge and you will be billed directly from them. We request that you contact your local customs office for advice on import taxes for goods received. Please Note:

Orders shipped with Poslaju or Courier Service require a signature upon delivery. If the buyer is not at home, please check your item at your nearest Post Office by calling and tracking with the tracking number provided by us to avoid delayed delivery.

Please check the parcel in front of the courier guy. Make sure that the seal and packing paper are in good condition before you sign for it. Return to the courier guy if the seal or package is open or broken. We do not accept complaints about items that are missing, differ once you receive them.

We will ensure that all products shipped have proper packaging, but we do not warrant damages or poor handling by third parties during transit. If you receive a package or product(s) that is damaged, torn, or in bad condition, please refrain from accepting it from the courier service. The customer is responsible for informing us via eBay Chat Message upon receiving and inspecting the product. Please provide details of your order (name, order ID, date of receipt, product(s) model), and include any relevant pictures, if available. Delayed or Lost Orders:

A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 21 business days. Although orders typically arrive much sooner, we cannot dispatch a replacement or refund until this time period has elapsed, or unless the shipping provider confirms the parcel as lost.

What should I do if my parcel is lost/damaged during delivery?

Process for filing a damaged parcel claim:

  • Must file a claim within 3 days of the delivery date.
  • Provide supporting documents including an air waybill and images of the damaged parcel.
  • Submit the supporting documents to our Customer Service Team via eBay Chat Message.

Process for filing a lost/wrong delivery parcel claim:

  • Ensure the parcel does not exceed 30 days from the date of its first tracking status being updated.

Wrong or Incomplete Address:

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you are responsible for covering all delivery costs associated with re-delivering your order to the corrected address. Return Item Policy:
