It also contains considerably more benefits than normal or fresh garlic, having 16 times more of S-Ally L-Cysteine (SAC), which is good for blood circulation. 3 times the amount of Arginine which is good for the overall immune system. 6 times the amont of Polyphenol, which is a high and good antioxidant.
