A Shelley "American Brooklime" 14060 Ludlow shape demitasse / coffee cup & saucer. C.1960.

Pattern No 14060 American Brooklime: Tiny blue flowers and green leaves on a white ground. Pale blue edges and handle. Entered into pattern book during or after 1960. 

The back stamp is the 1940-1966 green cartouche mark. 

The shape of this cup & saucer is the Ludlow shape which was produced between 1938 & 1966.

Dimensions: diameter of cup base 30mm (1.2 inches) / diameter across top of cup 60mm (2.25 inches) / height of cup 54mm (2.25 inches) / diameter of saucer 117mm (4.6 inches).

Condition: Both pieces are in excellent clean condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, scratching, rubbing or any signs of wear. All paintwork is in excellent order with no fading to the pattern. Both pieces have an excellent "ping" to them when lightly tapped.
