Mark and Carol Reynolds use a variety of woods in their kaleidoscopes, including natural cherry, bubinga, mahogany, curly, burled and birdseye maple, padauk, burled walnut, rosewood, and many others. Mark has over 30 years of experience in the art of making kaleidoscopes. His wife Carol has over 15 years of experience. Most of their single kaleidoscopes are handcrafted with wood veneer, exotic hardwood, front surface mirror systems, and oil-filled object chambers.
