Presented is a superb quality International sterling silver serving fork. This server is made in the Wedgwood pattern, which began production in 1924. This pattern features a very striking Greco-Roman inspired motif of various urn and kantharos shapes, along with flowers, foliate scrolls, and a decorative border around the handle. Particularly nice is the engraved scrollwork and medallion design above the tines of the fork. The cartouche on the back of this fork has an A monogram in Gothic lettering.

The handle is stamped with the International maker's mark as well as sterling.

This serving fork is in excellent condition. The details of the pattern are nice and crisp. There are no splits, no dents, no monogram removals, and no repairs.

The fork measures about 9 inches long.

This piece weighs 76 grams or 2.7 regular ounces. -jm
