Presented is a wonderful pair of Turkish silver egg cups from the late 1800s- early 1900s. The pair are decorated with horizontal ribbing and flowers in a classical Turkish form. All these patterns are hand-done.

The exterior of each piece is marked with the Turkish Tughra mark of the Sultan and the Turkish standard mark used during the Ottoman Empire up until 1923. This standard mark was used for silver between .800-.900 purity silver.

This pair is in great overall condition. There are no breaks, no repairs, and no problems of any kind.

Measurements: 2 inches in diameter at top and 2 1/2 inches tall
