I bought it about a year ago but only got round to fitting this weekend. I realised that although it fits most 990 ADV it does not fit mine as I have the "stepped" glove box. Please see the photos. If your glove box is NOT stepped and you have the std airbox then this kit will work fine and make the faff of removing the glove box a 30 second job.

Is designed so that once it has been installed correctly there is no need to undo the 6 screws to remove the lid  and the 2 bolts that hold the fuse box and then the further 6 screws that hold the glove box tray in order for you to acces the airfilter and airbox The Zadventure glove box quick release will make filter changes a lot quicker and easier, if you have an aftermarket air filter system then even changing spark plugs both front and rear suddenly becomes a lot easier as access to the front cylinder is now almost unhindered.  All that is now needed is too remove the glove box lid, take the fuse box lid off and undo the the two Dzus 1/4 fastners to lift the whole airbox and tray off the bike, all this can be done one handed with out having to put your beer down.
