This milk jug/cream pitcher/vase is hand painted and has stamped on the bottom: LAMBERT POTTERIES LTD. Vancouver B.C.; as well, handwritten on the bottom is #12 RAVEN.

This design measures approximately 4" tall by just under 3" in diameter including spout, 4.5" wide including handle. Some age-related crazing, a couple of dark under glaze marks. Some wear on the handle as shown.
