If I get a message it doesn't work, you refuse to ship the deck back to me and you want a big partial refund right away because you know the local shop which will fix all the problems, it's a scam. Pioneer RT-707 open reel to reel player/recorder stereo deck.
Condition - serviced/refurbished including full strip down, lifter disassembly/clean up, head clean up and demagnetizing, two new LED bulb replacement for left/right playback direction indication, resistor for REW replaced, auto shut off switch adjusted, both brake strips cleaned and brakes adjusted full recap on playback amp RWF-069 and power and oscillation assembly RWR-053 and a new belt.

Performance - playback recording are real good, VU meters works, FF/REW strong,pitch adjustment along with LINE IN adjustments working good. Left/right channels can be adjusted separately, some Deox made them spin free.
