RETURNS: Please contact me before opening a return request - returns and cancellations are accepted for any reason (even a change of mind) - my account is set to automatically accept return requests but it also automatically charges me for a return label ('Royal Mail Small Parcel' up to 2kg and 45 x 35 x 16cm) which is not always the correct label due to size/weight/value of item (sometimes the label is not eligible for posting and sometimes it charges me too much).  I will pay for a Royal Mail return label for you if an item is not as described and can also have the item collected if you like.  Due to scams I cannot issue partial-refunds (I can only issue a full refund (or replacement if requested) on return of the item).  You may not return an item where you have updated the iOS (make sure you are happy with item first) - this is due to certain, recent scams.  You must remove your iCloud/Account/Passcode/etc if you've put one on the phone.

TEST LIST (for used phones): Audio (ear speaker & loudspeaker), Touch ID/Home button/Face ID, volume buttons, vibrate/silent button, touchscreen responsiveness, lock status, proximity sensor, front and rear camera.  I cannot realistically test the battery life but will always list the battery health where it's available.  Phones listed as 'used' will not have iCloud or passcodes on them.  I may not be able to do some of the mentioned tests on phones I've listed as faulty/not working and these may have passcodes/iCloud if I cannot get into the phone to check. Please understand that, as a reseller, I cannot realistically test batteries of phones (or other electronic items that have in-built batteries) and I cannot know the history (e.g. if the previous owner has replaced any parts - where this info is available, it is stated).
