Vintage HO Athearn Automatic Coal and Sand Loader Train Set Accessory NEW U5

This Coal and Sand loader kit appears to be in new condition. The box shows wear as seen in the photos. It was stored in a garage for many years and smells musty/mildewy. I do not believe it was every assembled. There is still a package that is stapled shut. Please see photos.
