Paint the back fluorescent or high white or mount flat LED.

The detail is there. You’ll need a microscope to see it.

P47D over Europe used Brit MkIID gun-sight. P47D, with 1^st Air Commandos used N3C or later Mk8 sight. P47D was flown by Brazil, Britain, France, Iran, Italy, Nationalist China, Mexico, Turkey, and Yugoslavia – most through the 1960s.

P47N had an uprated 2000hp R2800 – 40mph faster - with paddle prop, and wet wing known as the ‘long ranger’ of about 2400 miles. CDkit shows Sperry A4 Autopilot with AN/ARA-8 homing signal – morse U left and D right. Most Ns had APS-13 RW, and K14 gunsight. P47N was flown from Port Morsby in New Guinea, Philippines, and Iwo Jima. SOP for ground attack was to let go the HVARs first to depress anti-air crews and ‘watch ‘em scatter.’ A second or two later go to guns – ‘hell on display.’
