All items are kept in secure storage prior to posting so any requests for more info or photos is possible but I will need to get to the storage unit to take them.
All items are posted within 2 days of payment. If there are issues and this is stalled postage will be upped in class to make up for this. I typically use Royal Mail unless the cost is too high for heavier items. When possible I recycle packaging to post items. This is to keep costs lower and to try be more sustainable. Often I make a loss on the postage.
