All apparently have not been opened.  

Payment Terms

Buyer pays USPS Ground Advantage shipping to your zip code from 08224.

There is no shipping outside the US.

There is no shipping requiring customs forms.

Combined Shipping Terms

I do combine multiple items for shipping, but please send me an invoice request before paying to minimize your

chance of overpaying shipping costs with ebay's automatic shipping calculator.

I will gladly hold your item purchased for up to 5 days if you wish to bid on more of my auctions to combine shipping costs.
