Fab Kirk Sterling Silver Hand Chased Floral Repousse Bowl C Monogram
The bowl is stamped with the maker's mark for S. Kirk & Son as well as sterling.
This piece is in excellent condition. The details of the design are nice and crisp. There are no splits, no dents, no breaks, no monogram removals, and no repairs.
The bowl measures about 9 ½ inches in diameter and stands about 2 ½ inches high at the rim.
The bowl weighs 398 grams or 14.0 regular ounces.

Presented is a fabulous Kirk sterling silver bowl, dating to around the 1920s. The bowl is beautifully hand chased with classic floral repousse decoration. The details of the design are superbly crisp, against a rich stippled background for contrast. The floral decoration around the rim is particularly striking with the rich deep patina of age in the recesses. The center of the bowl has a monogram of C.
