Presented is an antique set of 4 sterling silver demitasse or coffee spoons made by the Whiting Manufacturing Company during the late 1800s. This set is in the Heraldic pattern, which was patented in 1880 and it is old, original production. Each handle is decorated with pretty flourishes and a knights helmet above a cartouche that is engraved with the letter H.

The back of each handle is marked for Whiting and sterling silver purity. 

This set is in great overall condition for its age and the engravings are crisp.
