Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. (Arizona Time Zone) 

Shipping is done Monday through Friday. if orders are paid for before 10 a.m. they will go out same day. 

Returns are easy. Most items have a 30 day return policy with the exception of AS IS items. Simply open a return request and we can get you taken care of.
