Presented is an antique set of 12 sterling silver dessert, coffee or tea spoons made by Durgin during the very early 1900s. This is a mixed set, with 4 sets of 3 different Art Nouveau, floral patterns. Even though this is a mixed set, the patterns are such similar styles that it looks like a fabulous, matching array of different flowers! The patterns include Tulip, Magnolia, and Orange Blossom, which were patented in 1898 and Jonquil, which were patented in 1900.

The back of each spoon is marked for Durgin and sterling.

This set is in excellent condition for its age and the designs are crisp. There is slight wear to the gold wash, but no other flaws.

Length: 5 3/8 inches.

Weight: 252 grams.
