Presented is a fantastic Georg Jensen sterling silver double-spouted sauce or gravy ladle. This piece is made in the popular Acanthus pattern, also known as the Dronning pattern, designed by Johan Rohde in 1917. As the name suggests, this pattern features an elegant acanthus leaf design for the terminal of the handle. The ladle is finely made by hand, with the marks of hand hammering visible in the bowl.
This piece is in great condition. There are no splits, no dents, no monograms, no monogram removals, and no repairs.
This piece is stamped with the Georg Jensen maker's mark as well as sterling and Denmark.
The ladle is about 7 3/4 inches long.
