Vintage 1950s Vacheron & Constantin Geneve Calibre 453 Genuine Watch Movement & Face

An extremely rare Vacheron & Constantin 453 hand wound mechanical watch movement with original face, hour hand and sweeping seconds hand, minutes hand is missing. The watch is running, I found a crown that fitted the remains of the winding stem and it immediately started ticking away though timekeeping has not been tested. It came from a retired watch repairer and is in its paper sleeve and plastic box. The face has age related discolouration.

The face measures approx 30.80mm diameter and the movement measures approx 28.80mm diameter
