Lovely c1912 Tiffany Co Sterling Silver Oval Cornucopia Bread Tray

Presented is a wonderful Tiffany & Co sterling silver oval serving tray or
bread tray, dating to circa 1912 based on the pattern number. The tray features
a stunning design of cornucopias overflowing with fruit and surrounded by
elegant foliate scrollwork, done in acid etched cut-back style for a very crisp
and striking look, all very detailed and well done. The tray is a good size for
use as a bread tray, but could be used as a dresser tray or however else you
like. A great quality piece of sterling silver, of good weight for its size,
exactly as you'd expect from the Tiffany name.

This piece is in great overall condition. There are a couple of tiny dings
here and there, and a few knife marks in the center well if you really look, but
nothing of any consequence. There are no splits, no dents, no breaks, no
monograms, no monogram removals, and no repairs.

This piece is stamped with the Tiffany & Co maker's mark, sterling, and
the initial 'm' for the director of the company between 1907-1947, John C. Moore
II.

This tray measures about 14 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/4 inches, LxWxH. Useable surface
area is about 9 x 5 3/8.

The tray weighs 506 grams or 17.8 regular ounces.
