Presented is an antique set of 10 sterling silver forks made by George Lambert in 1893. This is a heavy, solid sterling silver set. The forks are done in a Kings or English Kings pattern. The tip of each handle and the back of each base has a wonderful shell decoration. The back of each handle has a monogram of the initials WMR.

The back of each fork is marked with the leopard's head for London, the lion passant for sterling silver, a date letter S for the year 1893 and a maker's mark for George Lambert.

This set is in excellent condition for its age and the designs are crisp. There is minor surface wear commensurate with age and use but there are no dents, no breaks, no splits, no monogram removals and no repairs.

Each fork measures 7 inches long.

Weight: 655 grams or 23 ounces.
