Mike & John signed this book at East Coast Comic Con in Secaucus, New Jersey on April 28th, 2018. The signing was personally witnessed by the seller. The book has been stored in an air conditioned, smoke-free home. All my books come bagged and boarded and are packed very securely so as to avoid any damage.
