On offer here is an original 2003 ORIGINAL PRODUCTION DRAWING OF THE MAJOR 'BROTHER BEAR' CHARACTERS. The drawing executed by Rune Bennicke is from part of the 'salmon run' section of the film.   

The entire framed piece measures 23.25 in x 34.0 in within a nice wooden frame as shown. The Bennicke drawing measures (within mat) roughly 8.25 in x 16.5 in. 

We reached out to director Aaron Blaise and he was kind enough to confirm via email what seems somewhat obvious. The 'Bear Guys' (referred to in the note) who are Aaron Blaise (film Director) Bob Walker (co-director) and Chuck Williams (film producer) sent MCD this piece as a thanks for bringing to life the character 'Tug' for the film. The note was written by Aaron Blaise. We can provide the email note information to the winning bidder. 

Brother Bear is notable for being one of the last 'hand drawn' Disney feature films. It was also the final Disney film to have been produced at the Disney Florida Animation Studio. 

A fine artifact for both Disney and those who are fans of the life and work of Michael Clarke Duncan.

We recently acquired a group of effects via storage auction formerly belonging to the life partner of film actor Michael Clarke Duncan who passed away in 2012.  We will be listing a small group of items (about 15 lots) related to his acting career.

Michael Clarke Duncan (December 10, 1957 – September 3, 2012) was an American actor. 

He was best known for his breakout role as John Coffey in The Green Mile (1999), for which he was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor and other honors, and for playing Kingpin in Daredevil and Spider-Man: The New Animated Series (both 2003). He also appeared in movies such as Armageddon (1998), The Whole Nine Yards (2000), Planet of the Apes (2001), The Scorpion King (2002), Sin City (2005), and Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby (2006), as well as in the role of Leo Knox in the television series Bones (2011) and its spin-off The Finder (2012). He also had voice roles in films, including Brother Bear (2003), Kung Fu Panda (2008), and Green Lantern (2011); he had the voice role of Benjamin King in the video game Saints Row (2006).

Brother Bear is a 2003 American animated musical fantasy comedy-drama film produced by Walt Disney Feature Animation and released by Walt Disney Pictures. 

It was directed by Aaron Blaise and Robert Walker (in their feature directorial debuts) and produced by Chuck Williams, from a screenplay written by Tab Murphy, Lorne Cameron, David Hoselton, and the writing team of Steve Bencich and Ron J. Friedman. The film stars the voices of Joaquin Phoenix, Jeremy Suarez, Rick Moranis, Dave Thomas, Jason Raize (in his only film role), D.B. Sweeney, Joan Copeland, and Michael Clarke Duncan. 

Brother Bear follows an Alaska native boy named Kenai as he pursues a bear and kills it, but the Spirits, incensed by this unnecessary death, change Kenai into a bear himself as punishment. In order to be human again, Kenai must travel to a mountain where the Northern lights touch the earth.
