Windows 10 is installed but may need a code. It will still work but will prompt you every so often. It is missing a few drivers, these are available online and will probably install automatically once connected to the internet. 

The battery will need replacing, it is now dead. When turning it on it will show an error about needing a new battery simply press F1 to continue.
