It’s relatively uncommon for us to come across a Wedding Band fashioned from '15 carat' gold and this very desirable Vintage Yellow Gold Ring is stamped '15ct' and dates from circa 1900. A chunky little Ring that is an ideal fit for a tiny finger size H.

15ct Gold is a quality of gold unique to Great Britain. Introduced in 1854 it provided an ideal medium for the craftsman wanting to use a higher standard than 9ct and for the next 80 years allowed them to showcase the wide variety of techniques at which jewellery makers of the period excelled. The standard of 15ct gold was discarded in 1932 and is now rapidly becoming collectable in its own right as many pieces were lost due to being melted down for their gold content. All of our items are termed as "Used" because they are not bought as new for resale, they have been acquired by us over a number of years and being pre-owned they each have a unique history. Every item is carefully restored by our workshops to allow us to present them in pristine condition for your enjoyment.

Postage

We operate a secure postal service for all of our items, using only signed-for/recorded delivery with appropriate insurance where necessary. We will post your item out only on receipt of cleared funds, and only on weekdays Monday to Friday. All of our items are carefully and securely packaged, and sent using a secure national postal service, so we cannot be responsible for any items missing or damaged in transit. Please contact us, as a matter of urgency if this is the case and we will investigate fully how it could happen, and attempt to resolve it for you.

If your purchase fails to match our description or your expectations, and you notify us of this by e-mail or other written correspondence within 30 days of delivery, we will be happy to provide a full refund of the purchase price (not postage) within 3 days of us receiving the item.
