This is a fun, collectible, NIB 2003 heavy vinyl inflatable balloon with the M & M "Red" character holding a clipboard with his racing strategy, "Fast." The balloon measures approximately 33 inches long by 24 inches wide flat. His feet have cardboard inserts and the Mars brand trademark on the bottom of one foot. There is a plastic fill cap plug, 2 plastic cord tethers and cord with S hook in its packaging for display. The balloon has never been inflated and was just recently taken out of its box for pictures.
