For sale is a nice small lidded coffee pot made by one of the makers of the Paris region of France around 1800. It has a nice shape to it with a handle attached to one side that has a face to the top terminal and a fully gilded spout with another face to the area closest to the opening. The main body is hand painted with a nice floral design ring with a fancy gold design below that and more heavy gilding along the foot and top. The lid has the same floral ring to it with a gold band to the edge and a gilded finial. A very nice looking piece. Both pieces are in great condition with the worst of the wear to the inner gold ring of the top of the pot and along the edge of the foot. It displays nicely! The piece is unmarked which is common for Paris makers around that time. It is 6.5 inches tall including the finial, 5.625 inches from handle to spout and has a diameter of about 3.25 inches at the widest.  A really nice looking piece! 18thC 18th 19th century Teekanne
