Killstar describe this as a UK 14 and provide a chest measurement of 38 1/4 inch on their size guide, however I have measured the underbust seam (which comes up as 16 inches laid flat, roughly 32 inches around) and from dart to dart - the widest part of the bust (which comes up at 17 inches laid flat, roughly 34 inches around). I’ve attached pictures with the measurements. I would say that this design comes up at least one size small, if not two. I’ve checked with Killstar and apparently the undersizing is intentional & by design, not a flaw.

Please note that despite the elastane content there’s no stretch at all.
