Westland Giftware, Peanuts Collection, "The Doctor Is In" snow globe, item 8206.  Item is about 5.5" tall, glass globe with plastic base.  Piece is in excellent condition, no chips or breaks.  Some water loss in globe due to age.  Box in good condition, has styrofoam packing.
