In my opinion, this engine runs very well -- please see video for it running in both directions and at high and low speeds.

At a glance, I think it looks very good, but closer inspection reveals some problems.  The horns are loose; I think a little glue will fix that.  There is some damage to the paint on top of the shell; looks like something sticky on it that hardened. I got a fair bit off but stopped when I was worried I was removing good paint and plastic.  The rail on one side is broken and looks like it is glued in place.  The rear bottom is broken and just hanging on; again, I think some glue could fix.  I don't know where there should and shouldn't be steps, so I don't know if any are missing.

I tried to get close to pictures where I thought there were problems in addition to my normal photos.  Please look at the pictures to form your own opinion, and if you have questions, please ask.
