This leather coat was bought and worn by my wife in the mid 60s. It has been in storage for over five decades. It was worn a lot in the sixties but is still in good condition for its age. There are some tears around the three buttons, which are mostly obscured by the buttons themselves and can’t be seen at all when the coat is buttoned up. The black lining has come unstitched in a few places.

There is no label in the coat. As a guide to size, my wife was a 10 - 12 in the sixties. The actual measurements are: -

Armpit to armpit: 18 inches

Armpit to cuff: 14 inches

Bottom of Collar to hem: 34 inches
