We charge a standard fee for items of this size such as sofas which does include delivery into the room of your choice however we don't deliver upstairs so help may be needed at your end if this is the case. We will require an email address for tracking details to be sent to and the couriers will contact you prior to delivery to confirm a day and timeframe, usually within 5 days of purchase unless agreed otherwise.
